Flourish Kids Early years learning program is a fun, engaging and play-based 10-week termly commitment, aligned with the New South Wales school term. It is designed in alignment with the National quality standards and learning outcomes of the early years learning framework.

Each week, we explore a new theme that aims to develop and extend children's interests and skills through a range of activities.

traditional/Corrective Therapy Yoga Poses: Children will explore a variety of yoga postures, each specifically chosen to enhance flexibility, strength, and coordination.

Meditations: We promote calmness, serenity and stillness through age-appropriate mindfulness exercises.

Music & Imaginary Play: Our classes harness the power of music and imagination to enhance creativity, self-expression, and cognitive growth.

Games & Crafts: These fun activities foster group interaction, motor skills, and artistic expression.

Positive Affirmations: Daily affirmations will help build self-esteem, resilience, and a positive mindset.
